Last Hike in America (for a while)

Aubrey and I took mom and dad up to Rock Canyon and we had a right good time. We went up to the Squaw Peak trail and took this picture. The colors are all changing and it is looking beautiful up there.

I like this picture of us at the beginning. Can you guess who is mom and dad and who is aub and me?

SO we decided that it is really fun to hike with missionaries. Everyone stared at their tags and wanted to talk. Some of them did talk. it was fun to make new "friends." Mom and Dad are going to be great missionaries. They are going to do a great work...or wait, they are going to do a great volunteer missionary service. (they can't say missionary work or they will get thrown in jail because you have to have a green card to work and they won't have one of those).

This is mom, she wanted to keep a beautiful red leaf to put in her journal and keep a record of America with her. Mom and dad are all packed and getting ready to fly out on Monday morning at 6am. Woah, that just stirred up the butterflies in my stomach. Crazy. It is hard to imagine them being gone. We have said goodbye at least three times: When we left NM, when we dropped them off at the MTC, all the times they have visited us, and now for a final time tonight! Mom and Dad you are awesome and we all love you.

On a bridge, we found a nice person to take this picture of us.

Just a quick "shout-out" to my hard working wife! look at that official clipboard. she has got to be the best delivery driver that place has seen in years! Love you.
